An Alumni of Parsons, Caroline Zimbalist has been designing clothing and accessories since graduation. After collaborating with other designers like Jane Wade, Elena Velez, Sami Miro Vintage, and PH5 for their NYFW shows, Zimbalist officially founded her own line in 2023 and started showing during NYFW in 2024. Her brand operates at the intersection of fashion, craftsmanship, and conceptual design with attention to materiality, illustration, and innovation. X
Caroline Zimbalist's earlier collections introduced sustainable biomaterials as an invitation to reconsider the future of textile innovation. For FW26, she integrates these "green" materials into a more seamless dialogue with traditional garment construction, creating a cohesive partnership between experimentation and classic fashion design.
Zimbalist continues to lean into her strengths: saturated color stories, hand-drawn prints, and bio-sculptural accessories that replace conventional hardware with forms inspired by the natural world and memories of childlike play. This season, she expands into sharper tailoring crafted from natural fibers such as cotton and silk, layering painterly petal drifts, fragmented florals, and organic bloom motifs hroughout the collection.
