Founded in 2010 REP is a New York based agency which fosters emerging designers to a place where they are ready for investment, and support existing labels in their expansion by providing:
Communication Services – from press and celebrity relations, brand image and product launches to event management and promotion.
Business Services – from preparation of monthly financial statements (p&l), expense management and cash forecast (budget), to business plans and growth models.
Sales Strategy Services – through a combination of disruptive sales solutions and white labeled strategic alliances.
Our purpose is to prepare brands to be staples in the industry by developing a strong presence in the press and social media, a robust business model and a strategic worldwide retail distribution channel (parallel to an efficient e-commerce platform).

FOUNDER AND CEO
Florent Belda began his career in Paris within the Prada Group, first at Miu Miu and Prada, then at Helmut Lang. The same Helmut was later to be the reason why, in 2005, he decided to move to New York. Thanks to his strong relationships in Europe, he went on to handle freelance front of house services for established public relations firms in New York, Paris and Milan. In 2010, Florent Belda decided to create his own agency, REP.
PR AND BRAND DIRECTOR
From Perth, Western Australia, Brittany McGovern studied business while working various role in the fashion industry from retail to events and communication. After five years working her way through operationally and eventually managing events of her own for one of Australia’s leading event management company she decided to move to New York City. Strong of her experience in Australia, Brittany joined REP as showroom manager in 2016 before becoming PR and Brand Director in 2019.
Paolo Fanoli moved to New York City from Rome to study at Parsons. He began his career working for Visionaire Magazine’s digital team and joined REP Agency as head of Digital Services in 2016.
Following a small break working with Art Director Giovanni Bianco in 2019, Paolo is now back at REP as Art Director.
HEAD OF BUSINESS
Gillian is a business and technology strategy consultant with a focus on disruptive business models. Under her leadership, REP Business Services emerging designers financially plan their brand strategy for growth by developing financial models, business plans and investor pitches. The service offering also includes preparing monthly financial statements (P&L), expense management and budget support. She is a co-founder of REP and prior she was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse. She has also held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, JP Morgan Chase and Bankers Trust. She graduated from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with a Masters Degree in Physical Chemistry.
Joslyn began her studies in the field of Graphic Design in 2009 at Style Design College in Durban. Once obtaining her certificate, she decided to broaden her studies into Business Administration and Management. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration in 2014; and recently graduated cum laude with an Honours degree in Business Management, majoring in Strategic Management and International Business from the University of South Africa. She has been working remotely for REP since 2014 as business manager to oversee the expense management and reporting, accounts receivables, and the preparation of financial statements to trial balance.
