Florent Belda is a New York City-based publicist and brand consultant with a focus on fashion and public relations. Beginning his career at Prada Group in Paris, including roles at Miu Miu, Prada, and Helmut Lang, he moved to New York in 2005. He provided consultancy for top PR firms across New York, Paris, and Milan before founding REP Agency in 2010. REP Agency specializes in elevating fashion brands globally, offering bespoke strategies to enhance their visibility and appeal in both industry and consumer markets.


Brittany McGovern, originally from Perth, Western Australia, merges her business training with a keen sense for public relations in the fashion industry. She developed her expertise at one of Australia’s premier event management companies, where she managed notable events before relocating to New York in 2017 as a showroom manager for REP. Over the past seven years, Brittany has risen to the position of PR Director, with a particular focus on fostering relationships within the entertainment industry

Paolo Fanoli was born in Rome and began his social media study in 2013 while pursuing a BFA in fashion design at Parsons. After his graduation, he worked for a boutique interior design firm, and as a junior art director for GB65. Paolo has been with the REP team since 2016.

Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, Lily Feitelberg began her career in the fashion industry with REP Agency in 2021. She spent her first two years gaining in-depth knowledge of the sector. By 2023, having proven her capability as a showroom assistant skilled in optimizing internal operations and maintaining clear communication with clients and stylists, Lily was promoted to Showroom Director. Her promotion reflects REP’s focus on improving operational efficiency and strengthening relationships within its network. Lily continues to work towards enhancing the agency’s processes and fostering effective partnerships in the fashion industry.


Alex Ryley has 10+ years experience in digital advertising, the past 5 of which have been dedicated to launching and scaling direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives for clients new to the space or otherwise struggling to gain a footing. After earning a degree in Advertising from Temple University’s Klein School of Media & Communication Alex spent several years working as a copywriter in Philadelphia branding agencies. Taking on programmatic marketing assignments placed him at the center of a changing landscape, and set him on a trajectory in digital that led to his eventual move to freelance. In the time since, Alex has acted as interim marketing director for dozens of small to medium sized DTC businesses located primarily in Los Angeles— a role which has helped him to develop an array of hard skills in fields such as media buying (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and analytics in addition to a wealth of experience in long term digital strategy.

Born in NYC and raised in Philadelphia, Gus Thompson is a seasoned professional in the digital marketing and sales sector, bringing nearly a decade of expertise to his role at REP. His specialization in Analytics is bolstered by certifications from Meta and Google. With a comprehensive understanding of digital strategies and consumer behavior, Gus excels in leveraging analytical insights to drive business growth and enhance digital engagement. His approach integrates technology and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that marketing efforts are both innovative and effective.


Gillian Christie is a seasoned consultant specializing in business and technology strategies, particularly in pioneering disruptive business models. As the Head of Business at REP Business Services, she leads efforts to support emerging designers in financial planning and brand strategy development. Her team crafts financial models, business plans, and investor pitches, in addition to managing monthly financial statements, expense tracking, and budgeting. A co-founder of REP, Gillian previously served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and held significant roles at Deloitte Consulting, JP Morgan Chase, and Bankers Trust. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Joslyn began her studies in the field of Graphic Design in 2009 at Style Design College in Durban. Once obtaining her certificate, she decided to broaden her studies into Business Administration and Management. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration in 2014; and recently graduated cum laude with an Honours degree in Business Management, majoring in Strategic Management and International Business from the University of South Africa. She has been working remotely for REP since 2014 as business manager to oversee the expense management and reporting, accounts receivables, and the preparation of financial statements to trial balance. 

Tina is an experienced executive skilled in driving growth and business performance through technology innovation and talent development. She has held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, IBM Consulting, Credit Suisse, and Oliver Wyman, and founded Pure Impact, a firm that helps companies operate at the intersection of purpose and profit. Tina is a hands-on philanthropist. She is an Investor and Mentor for Conscious Venture Lab, a Venture Capital Fund that invests in women and minority founders. She is a Board Member for The Galavante in the World Foundation, a 501c3 focused on humanitarian, women’s rights, and educational projects. She is a Strategic Advisor and Mentor for Women in America, a nonprofit focused on developing female leaders. Tina brings a global perspective informed by leading teams in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Based in New York City, Axelle Meutcheho brings a robust background in financial services, marketing, entrepreneurial consulting, and luxury fashion visual merchandising to her role. With a career that has spanned multiple continents—including stints in Germany, the U.K., and South Korea—Axelle has cultivated a deep understanding of global business dynamics. She is particularly skilled in developing strategic, culturally attuned, and innovative business solutions for a range of clients, from emerging startups to established Fortune 500 companies. Her focus is on fostering the growth and evolution of creative brands, ensuring they achieve both market relevance and cultural resonance.
