SALES SERVICES – THROUGH A COMBINATION OF AN IN HOUSE SALES DIRECTOR AND WHITE LABLED STRATEGIC ALLIANCES.

French born, Florent Belda began his career in the fashion industry within the Prada Group, first at Miu Miu and Prada then at Helmut Lang as Head of VIP Services. The same Helmut was later to be the reason why, in 2005, he decided to move to New York. His US career began at a luxury denim brand where, for three years, he was Worldwide Wholesale Director and responsible not only for the development of the business in the US but also its launch in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Thanks to his strong relationships in Europe, he then went on to handle, freelance, front of house services for established New York based public relations agencies, at events and fashion shows in New York, Paris and Milan, thus expanding further his address book and skills. With those years of front of house experience, he started working on his own shows and events and what logically followed was that in 2010, Florent Belda decided to create his own agency, REP.

German born Corinna Springer has made her debuts in PR in Paris at the multi-brand agency Totem, where she was working with many high level designers, including Raf Simons, Veronique Branquinho and AF Vandevorst to name a few.
After 5 years at the agency she decided to move to New York to be the PR director of denim cult brand Rogan and a few years later she was hired to direct the relaunch of the new team at Helmut Lang, owned by Theory Link Holdings.
In 2007 she founded Nouveau-PR with the objective to support young American designers, while working with more established brands from Europe facilitating their entry in the US market. After 8 years she closed her showroom to focus on working with only one of her clients, men’s wear designer Robert Geller.
In the beginning of 2016 REP brought her on board as Menswear Director.

Australian born, Sara Cicchino originally started her career as a fashion stylist for Pierrots, an internationally renowned creative agency. Venturing out on her own she began producing runway shows in Western Australia. She later collaborated with the Aveda Artistic Team and with a background in Business Management this led her to Fashion Public Relations. Sara joined the REP team early in 2016 as the PR Manager.

Paolo Fanoli was born in Rome and began his social media study in 2013 while pursuing a BFA in fashion design at Parsons. After his graduation, he worked for a boutique interior design firm in New Year City where he currently resides.

From San Diego, Abe’s interest of the fashion industry began in college while working at different contemporary and high end retailers in Boston. Graduating with a BSBA and a concentration of Business Management, he decided to take his degree & experience to New York. Initially he managed a Japanese denim store and did freelance work styling & brand sales at Agenda/Capsule and then began as the Store Director of a 60+ brand men’s store in Brooklyn. There he learned the ins and outs of Buying, Merchandising, Visuals, Maximizing Sales and the Online environment that brands and retailers face today allowing for a clear understanding of the market’s demand.

Gillian is a business and technology strategy consultant with a focus on disruptive business models.  Under her leadership, REP Business Services emerging designers financially plan their brand strategy for growth by developing financial models, business plans and investor pitches. The service offering also includes preparing monthly financial statements (P&L), expense management and budget support. She is a co-founder of REP and prior she was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse. She has also held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, JP Morgan Chase and Bankers Trust. She graduated from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with a Masters Degree in Physical Chemistry.

Joslyn began her studies in the field of Graphic Design in 2009 at Style Design College in Durban. Once obtaining her certificate, she decided to broaden her studies into Business Administration and Management. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration in 2014; and recently graduated cum laude with an Honours degree in Business Management, majoring in Strategic Management and International Business from the University of South Africa. She has been working remotely for REP since 2014 as business manager to oversee the expense management and reporting, accounts receivables, and the preparation of financial statements to trial balance.
